Shipping Policy

We currently ship within the United States.

Processing time

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). You'll receive a confirmation email at purchase and a tracking number once your order ships.

Delivery time

Most orders arrive within 6–12 business days after processing. Your total wait is processing time plus delivery time, so please allow up to about 2–3 weeks overall. Most orders arrive sooner.

Shipping rates

Enjoy free standard shipping on orders over $35. Orders under $35 ship at a flat $4.99. Your exact rate is always shown at checkout before payment.

How our shipping works

The Pimple Shop partners with vetted fulfillment centers to ship your order. Items may ship from domestic or overseas warehouses depending on the product, which is why delivery windows can vary slightly by item.

Tracking

You'll receive a tracking link by email once your order ships. Please allow 24–48 hours for the first tracking scan to appear.

Delays & lost packages

Carrier delays, customs, peak seasons, or weather can occasionally extend delivery. If tracking hasn't updated in 7+ business days, or shows delivered but you don't have your order, email dshophq@gmail.com and we'll investigate right away.

Incorrect addresses

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If you catch a mistake, email dshophq@gmail.com within 12 hours and we'll try to correct it before it ships.
