We want you to love your glow. If something isn't right, we're here to help. You may request a return within 30 days of delivery.
Eligibility
For health and hygiene reasons, skincare items can only be returned if they are unused, unopened, and in their original packaging. Opened or used products can't be returned unless they arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Damaged, defective, or wrong items
Email us at dshophq@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a clear photo of the issue. We'll send a free replacement or full refund — and in most cases you won't need to ship anything back.
How to start a return
Email dshophq@gmail.com with your order number and reason before sending anything back. We'll reply with return instructions. Returns sent without prior approval can't be accepted.
Return shipping
For change-of-mind returns, the customer covers return shipping, and original shipping charges are non-refundable. For damaged, defective, or incorrect items, we cover it.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected (or your photo claim is approved), refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Your bank may take additional time to post it.
Cancellations
Email us within 12 hours of ordering and we'll cancel for a full refund if it hasn't entered fulfillment yet.
Non-returnable items
Opened or used products, gift cards, and final-sale or clearance items.
